What are all the products Coffeeprint offers?

We strive to offer every printable items under the sun. We offer a wide range of products from name card, T-shirt, canvas to signage printing. Please visit our all products page for more detail. How do I know my order is accepted?

After your order is submitted and payment is made, the team will work immediately to vet your order and you shall receive a confirmation that your order is accepted. Coffeeprint team will contact you as soon as possible if your order needs amendment.

I have sent an artwork and find out error after that. How can I resend my artwork?

Which payment channel does Coffeeprint offers?

We offer online bank transfer for most of the major bank accounts in Malaysia. Besides, we offer payment via Visa and Mastercard. For customer who prefers offline bank transfer, please make the payment and forward the deposit slip to [email protected] to remind us to proceed with the order.

Can I track the delivery status of my order?

Of course you can! The shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your mailbox once we send out the products. You may trace your order in “My Order” section or visit our logistic partner website with the tracking code.

I have made an order and changed my mind later on. Can I cancel?

Does Coffeeprint delivery to whole Malaysia?

Yes, we print and deliver to whole Malaysia. However, the FREE delivery is only applicable to customers in Peninsular Malaysia. Customers in East Malaysia will need to pay for the additional shipping fee.

Can I submit multiple address for an order?

No, each order can only attach to one delivery address to help us provide the best service to your and avoid and disruption in delivery. You will need to place several orders if you require the same item to be delivered to several addresses. We appologise for any inconvenience caused.
